text_text_color=&#8221;#2e3e8d&#8221; ul_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221; ul_text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; ul_line_height=&#8221;1.7em&#8221; ol_font=&#8221;||||||||&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><b>Admission criteria<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Partner members are legal entities with expertise relevant to the Association and wishing to support good governance in SMEs in partnership with APIA Swiss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Their contribution is:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Financial, through membership fees and sponsorship of events,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Logistic, through the co-organization of events,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Professional, through participation in APIA working groups, a source of new knowledge, and through collaboration with members in the exercise of their mandates<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">The number of partners is limited to promote mutual benefit and reduce areas of friction between them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Admission procedure<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Candidates are sponsored by the member or partner who introduced them to APIA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Members of the Executive Committee meet with the candidate&#8217;s representatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">The conclusions of the interviews are reported to the Executive Committee, which then takes the decision to accept or reject the application.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No time commitment is required for a partner. However, experience shows that the best partner is the one who gets involved in the association.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">The partners&#8217; membership fee for 2019 is set at CHF 1,500.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Partner companies can: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Have a promotional link in the APIA site referring to their own sites.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Propose one of their representatives as candidates for the Steering Committee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have one vote, on an equal footing with all other members or partners, at the annual General Assembly which decides the main orientations and the budget.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Initiate, lead or support any working groups that interest them and then co-edit the corresponding booklet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Receive all communications and publications.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
